I'm a huge gamer and have been so ever since the Commodore 64 days. When I had a C64, I even coded my own little game (I was 10 or 11 then!). Even though the code was in a manual that came with the device, it was a profoundly thrilling moment. I moved into shareware pc games at some point, and when the first Sims game was released, there was no looking back. I adore the Sims games and have played each one. Still, my all-time favorite remains the Sims 3. The open world and the whimsy just has something that keeps pulling me back. I do play the Sims 4 as well, but my computer occasionally coughs with it, so until I get a better one, I'm concentrating on Sims 3.

My other great love is Animal Crossing. I first played it on the Wii, and the idea of the game being synced to real time was groundbreaking for me. I loved the thrill and the whimsy of the Wii and the 3DS games, but when New Horizons came out, it quickly cemented itself as my favorite AC game. I love decorating, and being able to decorate the whole island is such a big draw to me that I almost exclusively play NH nowadays. I have completed many islands, and you will find the DAs of some of those in the box on the right.
